Processing Time

Because most of our candy is made to order, all orders are processed within 10 business days (Monday to Friday).  This production / processing time is only an estimate and may vary depending on the specific order, (especially during holidays or busy times of the year), and is subject to change at any time without notice. Once your order has shipped, each carrier has different delivery estimates based on transit times.

We will do our best to ship as quickly as possible. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Lerro Candy Co reserves the right to ship your order with any carrier we choose in our sole discretion, even if that carrier is different than the one you chose at checkout (there would be no added cost to you in this scenario). 

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors).

Important Notes for Candy & Perishable Items

  • Our candy and chocolate products are sensitive to heat and temperature.
  • We are not responsible for melted or damaged candy due to high temperatures during shipping.
  • Shipments are carefully packaged with protective materials, but we cannot control external temperatures once the package leaves our facility.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the link provided.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change the address after ordering, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days.
  • For packages lost or damaged by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Refunds or replacements for lost/damaged packages will be handled at our discretion after the carrier’s investigation.

All sales are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
