Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Lerro Candy Co!
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders.
Due to the nature of our products (candy, confections, and other food items), all sales are final for the following reasons:
- Health and hygiene regulations: Opened or unopened food products cannot be resold.
- Perishable nature: Candy and chocolates have specific shelf lives and are sensitive to temperature and handling.
No exceptions will be made for change of mind, wrong flavor choice, or dissatisfaction with taste/texture, or any other reason.
What if something is wrong with my order?
- Damaged or Other Issues: If your order arrives damaged during shipping, or you have any other issue with the product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
- Incorrect items shipped: If we shipped the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will work with you to resolve it.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for packages delayed or damaged by the carrier. For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) using the tracking number provided.
